To help you select the right material, we've provided information on the most common types of perforated material including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic. Details on the tolerances with respect to each material's weight and thickness are also included.
Ideal for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with automated production operations, perforated coils enable faster production by reducing handling of sheet material. Coil up to 60" wide and up to 16 gauge can be processed to meet your design and production requirements as either full-width perforated or slit-to-width coils.
Perforated sheets can be supplied as flat, fabricated or as finished products. They are typically produced from coil in any length and in widths up to 60". (Though lengths measuring 250" or less are preferred for shipping purposes.) They can be supplied fully perforated or with margins or blank areas. Perforated sheets are versatile and may be produced to meet your design and production requirements.
For more than 100 years, Diamond Manufacturing has developed incredible relationships with its suppliers. Our procurement experts lead this effort by acquiring the best materials from our trusted suppliers. We have sourced many materials of top quality and have the most common material in stock. This allows us to provide increased value while exceeding your expectations at an affordable cost. However, we understand that many of our customers will supply their own materials for us to work with and we are well equipped to manage that process. Your material will remain safe and protected from the time we receive it to the time we deliver the finished product. That is a Diamond Promise.
